Meet at Arthur Earle Park, Nerang at 10:00 AM for BYO Morning Tea.
Then Peter Johnston is going to lead you on a Magical Mystery Tour to a place for lunch that he guarantees you have never visited before.
Depart from Arthur Earle Park at 10:45 and turn right.
2nd set of lights, turn left into Price St.
Continue 11km (8min) Turn right onto Beaudesert & Nerang- Mount Tambourine.
Travel 8 minutes then continue past Henry Roberts Drive then turn first left onto Clagiraba Rd. Travel 7km to ‘T’ intersection.
Turn right onto Nerang Murwillumbah Rd. for 3km. Then turn left onto Gilston Mudgeeraba Rd. Follow the road Crossing Nerang River then turn sharp right over the brow of the hill into Hinde Rd.
Drive to ‘T’ intersection, turn right onto Gilston Rd to Mudgeeraba.
Turn Right at lights (Show Grounds on left) onto Mudgeeraba Rd.
Then turn right onto Tallai Rd. After turn veer right remain on Tallai Rd.
Turn Left onto Bailey’s Rd.
Turn right at ‘T’ intersection onto Wallandra Rd then turn left at stop sign.‘T’ intersection. Springbrook Rd.
Turn right at stop lights onto Hardy’s Rd.
Follow Hardy’s straight through roundabouts, through to ‘T’ intersection then turn right onto Bonogin Rd.
Continue on through 2 roundabouts to The HuntedCafe at the bottom of a rise on the right. Parking on verge in Hersden Court Bonogin or out front of cafe or cafe car park.
Return Run
Turn Left and return on Bonogin Road. Drive through two sets of roundabouts then veer left at third roundabout (still on Bonogin Rd.) Then stay on road until you reach lights and ‘T’ intersection.
Turn left onto Somerset Drive and follow road to lights and T intersection.
At Lights turn right onto Franklin Dr. (Both lanes turn right) then take second exit at roundabout.
This skirts shopping precinct. Drive parallel to roundabout for motorway entrance.
There should be no mystery from this point on.
