The Annual General Meeting reports on the previous 12 months of Club operations including financials, membership status, Committee reports and the election of the Committee for 2022-2023 takes place under the supervision of Life member Geoff Jackson.
All current Officers will resign and potential new members must have completed the Committee Nomination Form and had the necessary signatures completed to qualify for election.
The Nomination Form was emailed to all members last Monday or talk to a current Committee member who will organise a copy.
This is your chance to become involved in managing the Club for the next year.
The evening begins and ends with Coffee and Nibbles.

The MBCQ has a duty of care to both protect the health and safety of all attending our events and functions, as well as a legal obligation to comply with Government regulations. Therefore, we require all members and guests attending Club events, functions and activities to be fully vaccinated, or hold a valid official certificate that they are an excepted person. Those unable to provide proof of vaccination will, regrettably, be denied entry.
