NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Club Members,
You are cordially invited to attend the Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM). Details are as follows:
Date: THURSDAY, 5th March 2026
Time: 6:30 pm
Venue: Mercedes-Benz Brisbane NEW CAR SHOWROOM, 194 Breakfast Creek Road, NEWSTEAD, QLD 4006
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time, as light refreshments will be available. (Please register your attendance.)
All financial members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. Please register your attendance on the Club's website or click on the link below.

All members are encouraged to nominate for a position on the Committee. Current Committee members are happy to discuss any of the Committee positions with you, and their contact details are listed in the front of all editions of the Club's Super Star magazines.
Instructions to nominate are on the 2026 AGM Nomination Form and need to be submitted to the Secretary no later than Thursday, 26th February 2026.
Please note that any member wishing to bring any special business to the AGM under Agenda item No. 6 are required to give written notice to the Secretary no later than Thursday, 19th February 2026. The Club's financial records for the year are currently being audited and will be sent out to members as soon as received, prior to the AGM.
