Gold Coast - Back Country Roads to
the Canungra Pub

Meet and Greet:
Meet and Greet over BYO Morning Tea at Jabiru Island Park, Paradise Point.
The Drive:
Leaving the Park at 10:45 am, turn left and stay of Broadwater Avenue until the large roundabout, taking the second exit.
At the second roundabout, take the first exit
At each of the next four roundabouts, take the second exit.
After the sixth roundabout, pass through two sets of lights and then move into the right lane to turn right at the next lights into Dreamworld Parkway.
Stay on the road to the T intersection and there, turn right into Beattie Road. Drive to the roundabout, and there, turn left into Waterway Drive.
At the T intersection, turn left into Shipper Drive. Drive through the lights (sign to Pimpama) to enter Finnegan Way. Take the second exit at the next two roundabouts.
Pass through the lights and then take the second exit at the next two roundabouts entering Kerkin Road South after the second one.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit to enter Kerkin Road North. Follow the road to the T intersection and there, turn right into Pimpama Jacobs Well Road.
Just past Jacobs Well Environmental Education Centre, turn left into Behms Road. Follow the road to the T intersection and then turn left into Stapylton Jacobs Well Road.
At the big roundabout, take the third exit and pass under the M1 Motorway. Take the first exit at the first round about and the second exit and the second roundabout to exit onto Stanmore Road.
At the next two roundabouts, take the second exit and at the T intersection, turn left into Beaudesert Beenleigh Road. At the roundabout, take the second exit and after 3 km, turn left into Mundoolun Connection Road, which merges into Beaudesert Nerang Road (Follow the Canungra Gold Coast signs).
Drive to Canungra and at the park on Main Street, turn right into Kidston Street. The Canungra Hotel is on the left after Appel Street.
For the ladies, there is a great shoe shop (the Shoe Vault) two doors down from the Park.
