Springbrook Mountain Adventure

BYO Morning Tea

Gather at Arthur Earle Park for 10:00 am departure.


Leaving Arthur Earle Park, turn left and move into the righthand lane.  Turn right at the second set of traffic lights and enter motorway, heading south.

Travel approximately 8 km and take Exit 79 - Springbrook Mountain - move into the right lane and then drive through two sets of traffic lights.  At the roundabout, take the third exit.  Drive in left lane over the motorway.

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Route 99 - Mudgeeraba Springbrook Mountain Road.  Turn right at the Tee intersection and at the roundabout take the first exit for Route 99 and drive through traffic lights.  Continue on Route 99 for 30km, taking care when ascending the mountain.

At the top of the mountain, turn right at the Fudge Factory into Lyrebird Ridge Road.  At the first Tee intersection, turn left and continue to the second Teel intersection, turning right and drive to the Goomoolahra Picnic Area at the end of the road for morning tea.

After morning tea, we will stop for 10 Minutes at Canyon Lookout
and then we will visit the Fudge Factory at the junction of Lyrebird Ridge Road and Route 99 for 15 minutes

Return to Emerald Lakes Golf Club

Follow Route 99 through the Road Divide and then left into Pine Creek Road and continue down the mountain to the Tee intersection, turning right onto Murwillumbah-Nerang Road.

Continue on to Beaudesert Nerang Road and then Price Street. Turn right at the traffic light onto Ferry Street which becomes Nerang Broadbeach Road. 

Turn right at Alabaster Drive and take the first left into the Emerald Lakes Gold Club
