Meet at Arthur Earle Park at 10 am for BYO Morning Tea and depart at 10:45 am for the drive (See Below)
DIRECTIONS
At 10.45am, leave Arthur Earle Park, turn right.
Turn left at second set of lights into Price Street.
Travel approximately 5km turn right, Mt. Nathan Rd towards Canungra Beaudesert.
Travel 5km to traffic lights, turn right at Maudsland Rd travelling towards Oxenford. Approx 2km turn left into Birds Road. (Sign to Motor Museum)
At T intersection turn right staying on Birds Road. At next T intersection turn right onto Caballo Road, turn right at Kriedeman Road leading across bridge. Continue until T intersection, turn left onto Mt Tamborine Rd. Drive up mountain, take 3rd exit at roundabout through Gallery Walk.
Next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Eagle Heights road.
Turn left at T intersection, follow road and veer left towards Canungra on Main Western Road.
Stop at Hang Gliders Site for 10 minutes. (Only if parking available.)
Continue to roundabout take 2nd exit thenTurn right at White Road towards Canungra. (Main Western Road South.)
Follow to Trafic lights for drive down mountain to T intersection.
Turn Right to Canungra.
Turn Left Kidston St. (Park on Right)
Canungra Hotel on the left for lunch. Car parking behind hotel or just past hotel or on street.
LUNCH
At the end of the run, we will have lunch at Hotel Canungra, 18 Kidston St, Canungra, QLD 4275
Attendees will pay for their own lunch and beverages.
For those wishing to drive directly to the Canungra Hotel for lunch, we expect to be there around 12:15 - 12:30pm.
